Deposits and Withdrawals

We charge no commission on withdrawals where the related deposit has been wagered at least once; otherwise, an 8% fee with a minimum of CAD 4 applies. Any chargeback, denial, or reversal of a payment incurs an administration fee of CAD 55. We only consider refund requests within 24 hours of a transaction, or within 30 days where a third party or a minor is alleged to have used the account.
